Custom XP-h Plural Component Spray Rig

Custom Built XP-h Features

Proportioner and Circulation Valve
  • Graco’s XP™-h hydraulic-driven proportioning system for 2:1 mix ratio roof coating capable of 1.8 gpm (6.8 lpm) flow and maximum outlet pressure of 7250 psi (500 bar).
  • Proven Graco Viscount® II hydraulic motor head provides long performance life without risk of production interruption caused by air motor icing conditions.
  • Graco Xtreme® lowers with Severe Duty® coating on rods and cylinder maximizes wear life. Lowers easily accessed from the front of sprayer for service or mix ratio change.
  • Circulation valve from pump to supply hoppers for uniform material heat conditioning.
Feed Supply
  • Heated drum bulk supply using Graco Monark® 5:1 pumps with agitators for heat and mixing conditioning of the components. Drums used to automatically fill the hoppers.
  • Heated hoppers used for conditioning of resin and catalyst. Hoppers fitted with level sensors for automatic keep fill function from the bulk drum supply.
  • Hoppers fitted with Graco Monark® 5:1 pumps to pressure feed proportioner lowers without risk of cavitation causing an off-ratio condition.
Mix Manifold
  • Accurately dispenses material components to the static mixer and tube; and when remotely mounted from proportioner, can reduce solvent and material waste.
In-line Heaters
  • Graco Viscon® A and B heaters condition the material providing a consistent spray pattern and consistent mil coverage control. Heaters are available for standard and hazardous atmospheres.
Water (Glycol) Heated Hose
  • Graco Husky® AODD pump and Graco Viscon heater used to circulate heated glycol to heated hose providing faster temperature rise than electrical heated hose and a more even heat over the length of hose (no hot-spots) for a more consistent spray pattern and mil coverage.
Solvent Flush Pump
  • Graco Merkur® 45:1 solvent flush pump provides sufficient outlet pressure to push mixed material out of the hose and gun with a good spray pattern, reducing wasted material.
User-Friendly Control Panels
  • All control panels are facing the operator for easy access and adjustment of the system controls. Controls are clearly marked and make training of personnel or re-training of new hires quickly accomplished.
Graco XTR™ Guns and XHD® RAC® Tips
  • Two and four finger trigger options for operator preference. Insulated handles available for operator comfort when material heat is used on condition material. Wide range of self-cleaning tip orifice and pattern sizes for any material and substrate. Change tip sizes in seconds without removing the tip guard housing.
